  • Marjoram (Origanum majorana) – Often overshadowed by its culinary uses, marjoram oil gently soothes tension and helps unwind tight muscles while promoting restful calm.

  • Cistus (Cistus ladanifer) – With its warm, resinous fragrance, cistus restores focus and steadiness. It is known for encouraging emotional clarity and a sense of inner strength.

How to Use:

In a 10 mL roller bottle or 2 teaspoon carrier oil (like sweet almond or jojoba), add:

  • 2 drops Black Spruce

  • 2 drops Marjoram

  • 1 drop Cistus

  • 2 drops Cedarwood Atlas
